Design with Taste. Execution with Teeth.

BEHIND MAISON AFT

Abigail Francesca Testa

Maison AFT is where taste meets traction.

I build brands the way I host a table. Intentionally. Visually. With an understanding of what makes people lean in and what makes them return.

Every project begins with the same question: who is behind it, and who is it meant to reach. From invitations and environments to visual identity and digital presence, every decision is rooted in understanding both sides of that equation.

My foundation was shaped inside luxury hospitality and national media, where performance is visible and excuses are not. Occupancy. Covers. Sponsorship revenue. Conversion. The details are beautiful, but they are never accidental. They are engineered to drive demand.

Inside The Plaza and Fairmont Century Plaza, I learned how brand shapes behavior from the first impression to the final touchpoint. At NBCUniversal, I saw how attention becomes inventory and inventory becomes revenue. Those rooms sharpened my instinct. They disciplined it.

Over the past several years, I have applied that discipline across founder-led and hospitality brands, leading rebrands, rebuilding digital ecosystems, structuring paid and organic growth strategies, and defining how brands show up publicly. Not just aesthetically, but strategically. Social presence. Partnerships. Launches. Content systems. Visibility that converts.

Maison embodies my belief that storytelling is not separate from business. It is the business. Community drives demand. Identity builds loyalty. Emotion shapes revenue.

Design is not decoration. It is positioning. It is leverage.

The House I Built

I may be the only woman in my family who doesn’t speak French, but I fully subscribe to the belief that French butter, beef tartare, and a little decadent indulgence make life worth living. I monogram everything, so putting my name on it felt inevitable.

Maison means house. And that word always felt right. But Maison is more than a name. It is a philosophy.

A house holds many rooms. Strategy. Design. Story. Revenue. Hosting. Identity. Community.

My work has never fit neatly into one box. It moves between boardrooms and ballrooms. Between digital ecosystems and dinner tables. Between brand positioning and lived experience.

Everything I build lives under one roof. The aesthetic and the analytics. The invitation and the conversion. The atmosphere and the outcome.

Maison is where it all comes together.
