Services & Inquiries

Submitting a form or inquiry does not constitute a contract or guarantee of availability. All projects are subject to scope review, timelines, and written agreement before work begins.

Custom Work

All design work is custom and created specifically for each client. Revisions, timelines, and deliverables are determined per project and confirmed prior to commencement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs, illustrations, graphics, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Maison AFT. Final approved assets may be licensed for agreed-upon use.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms, retainers, and cancellation policies are outlined in individual project agreements. Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once design has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Maison AFT is not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or misuse of delivered materials outside their intended scope.
